Responsibilities

✓Answer inbound calls within target response times

✓Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic procedures

✓Escalate complex issues with full documentation

✓Process orders, returns, and account changes

✓Document every interaction with detailed notes

✓Meet QA benchmarks on handling time and satisfaction

✓Follow scripts while adapting to each customer

✓Participate in ongoing training

Requirements

Customer service experience preferred

Patient, empathetic communication

Clear English accent for US customers

40+ WPM typing

Onsite 1PM WAT shift, Mon-Fri
