About the Role
We are seeking a smart, flexible, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and an energetic, proactive attitude towards work with experience in diverse industries like E-commerce, Tech and Tele-communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience accross all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or CRM platforms
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Strong customer service experience (remote preferred).

- Strong familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
