About the Role

We are seeking a smart, flexible, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and an energetic, proactive attitude towards work with experience in diverse industries like E-commerce, Tech and Tele-communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience accross all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or CRM platforms
  2. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  4. Follow company policies and customer service standards
  5. Escalate complex issues when necessary
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

📌 MUST-HAVE Requirements

  1. A smart, flexible, and proactive candidate.
  2. Fluent English with a good, clear, easy-to-understand accent.
  3. Strong customer service experience (remote preferred).
  4. Working laptop + reliable internet connection.
  5. Ability to work shifts and across different time zones.
  6. Active, engaging personality with good communication flow.
  7. Strong familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  8. Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple digital tools
  9. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
