About This Role
Proactively reach out to clients, ensure full value, identify churn risks early, coordinate cross-team issue resolution. Also handle new client onboarding.
Responsibilities
✓Onboard new clients through setup and training
✓Monitor engagement metrics and usage data
✓Proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
✓Create client-facing training materials
✓Coordinate with product and support teams
✓Track retention KPIs and satisfaction
✓Gather and synthesize client feedback
✓Manage 20-40 accounts with regular touchpoints
Requirements
1+ year customer success or client services
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable presenting via phone/video
Excellent organizational skills
Onsite 1PM WAT shift, Mon-Fri

Churn below 5%, 90%+ satisfaction.
